Participants review feedback from colleagues, friends, and family members to identify areas for improvement and behaviors they wish to develop. PIXL's management simulation gives participants an opportunity to practice behaviors that they have defined as critical to their success as leaders and managers.
PIXL’s offering is unique in simulations. We offer a program that includes instruction, personality and team-based assessments and exercises, and a powerful simulation that has been improved for over 20 years and has been used by over 10,000 students.
PIXL's simulation software was first authored by academic researchers at Cornell's Johnson Graduate School of Management.
